Terms of use

Last updated 3 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of mycme.com.au ("mycme"), provided by eMedu (ABN 50 651 674 172). By signing in you agree to them.

The service

mycme helps organisations and their staff prepare, sign, approve and process continuing medical education claims. Organisations configure their own agreement rules, approval routes and claim forms.

Entitlements

Entitlement figures and checks in mycme are a guide based on published agreements and your organisation's settings. They are not legal or industrial advice. The applicable enterprise agreement, award, determination and your organisation's policies decide what is payable.

Your responsibilities

Use your own work email and keep access to it secure. Only submit claims and receipts that are genuine and accurate. Electronic signatures you draw in mycme are your signature on the claim or approval. Approvers are responsible for their decisions.

Organisations

An organisation manager who registers an organisation confirms they are authorised to do so, and is responsible for who they add, the rules they set and the forms they upload.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep mycme available and accurate but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
