Accuracy and liability statement

Last updated 5 October 2026

mycme.com.au ("mycme") is provided by eMedu (ABN 50 651 674 172). We make every effort to keep mycme accurate, including the agreement figures it loads, the entitlement and balance calculations it shows, the forms it fills and the totals it adds up.

A guide, not the authority

Entitlement figures, balances and checks in mycme are a guide based on published enterprise agreements and the settings your organisation chooses. Agreements are indexed, renegotiated and interpreted locally, and information read from receipts can be wrong. The applicable enterprise agreement, your organisation's policies and its payroll team remain the authority on what is claimable and paid. Nothing in mycme is legal, industrial, tax or financial advice.

Please check before you sign

Before you sign, approve, verify or pay a claim, check the generated form, the figures, the receipts and the signatures. Organisations are responsible for confirming the agreement figures, claim forms and approval routes they set up, and managers and payroll for the FTE and entitlements they verify.

No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eMedu, its officers and its staff accept no liability for any loss, cost, damage or claim, including any underpayment, overpayment, rejected or delayed claim, arising from errors or omissions in mycme or from reliance on information, calculations or documents it produces. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, where the law allows, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Nothing in this statement excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
